Every week we seem to have some type of problem with this garbage company. This week they dug through our bins in my apt complex and took out things like a pizza box a pea can and so fourth, then with the glass container they dropped glass bottles and left all the broken glass. I think I am so tired of having to call and complain I will just change my ways and dump my own garbage..

They have periodically missed my garbage over the 3 years i have lived in Everett. Every summer they skip my yard waste container almost every week. I have to call them repeatedly to come back and get my yard waste or recycling. they are really expensive for garbage haulers. I paid a lot less for garbage when i lived in Seattle. When i call they are rude and try to blame me for why my garbage or recycling wasnt picked up. I wish there was another company to go through - but there isnt. Tempted to start hauling my own.

Rubatinos has been a wonderful local company to work with. In both construction work and just my home pickup the drivers have been very courteous and the office staff has always been helpful.

Rubatino, when I lived downtown, missed my garbage can almost every week. It's because I'm a can in a world of dumpsters, but how hard is it to remember that you had to go back to an address just last week, and maybe pay attention there? Every week they treated me on the phone as if I didn't get it out in time, but I always had it out the night before. Finally started hauling my own.
