Organic, local food and wine is served amid organic, local floral arrangements. Leftover food is donated to the hungry, and waste is either recycled or composted. All party supplies--including candles, vases and linens--are made from environmentally responsible materials. The company even purchases carbon offsets to reduce the impact of greenhouse emissions produced by the party.
