Citysearch UserChris came about 3 hrs after we called him. Important because we wanted our home theater operational for Thanksgiving. He was polite, informative and efficient. Having said that, me, the computer geek, estimated the job to be about 1.25 hrs. Chris spent about 2.15 hrs. He was thorough and it was obvious he wanted to be sure he had it right before he left. There was so much noise, in the house, he was unable to completely balance the speaker system. He made sure that I understood how to do it before he left. He offered to stay and try it again but we could not eliminate the noise (thanksgiving cooking and discussions) there was no point in detaining him.
Chris is definitely in our contact last and we would invite him back in a heartbeat if we should need additional work on our theater system.
