Portland Disposal and Recycling is on a consistent run of not picking up my garbage and yard debris. A phone call to them results in nothing but excuses and requests that I leave it out for them to "pick up later." I would switch companies if I could, but I continue to have my rates go up and service go down. Do not use this company if you can avoid it.

I have never had worst service and I am forced to keep them since you can't choose your garbage service in Portland. The drivers are lazy and they drop trash and don't pick it up, they leave the cans in the road, they leave nasty notes if they think the garbage isn't put out right.
