I have used DirectConnect at least 15 times for my home and business in the past 4 years. They are very good. I have also several computers from them at a fair price.

I found directconnect computer by looking through the insider listings. I almost did not even call them after I read the very first review. However after reading the second review I decided to take a chance because there address was only 2 mi. from my office. I called on Sunday afternoon, really just to leave a message but the owner answered the phone because he happened to be doing some paperwork at the office. DirectConnect had a couple of technicians available for weekend work and I was lucky that they had in stock a Dell server that met my needs at a reasonable price. The technician showed up at around 4:00 p.m. and had my server installed and all my files moved over by midnight. The technician was very professional and obviously had completed a job like mine many times before. I paid them a little over $700 in labor but they absolutely saved my ass. No telling how much money I would have lost in my legal practice had it been Wednesday or Thursday before I could get my server running again. Thank you DirectConnect! I had a problem with my pc and was unable to get on the net at home. I then call Direct Connect for the first time and a man answered the phone a rude mannor. I called roughly at 10:00am. The tech was not at home until 5:00! I didn't know if I wanted to let this guy in my home. He looked like he was right off of the streets. Long story short, that tech was there for 3 hours and could not figure anything out. The next day, Direct Connect sent another tech out and he fixed it in 5 minutes! They are all crooks. I do not reccomend their service. I now use a new company which I am very happy with.

My computer was going through some major difficulties, and my best friend recommended this services to me. They gave me an estimate as to how much it would cost me first before they would repair it. Very courteous service, and very reasonable prices. My computer is now up and running thanks to Direct Connect Services. Highly recommended.
